Angelo Baratta, author of More Perfect by Design:The Science of Designing More Perfect Business Processes

Angelo Baratta is a business process designer and researcher with more than thirty years of experience in business process engineering and project management.

Book: Through this book, he hopes to help businesses to help themselves by better understanding their business processes and then improving their design for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Work: He is a trainer, coach, author, presenter, and cosultant who works with clients to help them discover solutions tailored to their particular needs.

Community: He is a past president for the PMI Lakeshore Chapter. He is the Chair of the Business Process Improvement SIG for CMC-Canada. He is also on the faculty of the Shulich Executive Education Centre for York University.

He lives in Ontario, Canada, with his wife and three daughters. He is also the president of Performance Innovation www.PerformanceInnovation.com.

His mission is to help develop more perfect organizations for people to work in.
